If you fish any marks in or near heads, best times are slack water before flood tide slack water at heads is 3hrs 20 min after tide so if low tide at heads is 12pm slackwater is 3.20 pm fish from 3-5 or stop when tide gets to fast.
Flood tide means incoming tide.

Its all over Facebook, so not really secret info at this point. Very generous of the original poster to share this info though.
