Spun the surf from sparrows to 9.00 in perfect conditions and a high tide at 7.50 am, but nothing doing. Went to Anzacs to see how the bait fishos fared and a few small salmon on pippies were caught. Had a fantastic time on a beautiful morning. Hopefully see some sambo action soon.

The morning bites seem to be just on first light. If you're going again try and start just as the first sliver of light hits the horizon (about 20 mins before the time advertsied as 'first light'.
