Nose was quite opaque, if anything very slightly semi-translucent.

Rhyll hire boat - yep! 2 of us, 3 rods each, 2 of them 12'...it was a packed boat!

There are some great spots close to rhyll. Well in range of those hire boats. I remember catching my 1st whitley skate and wondering what the hell it was about 1am in the morning me and my mate were really excited with the bend in the rod till we saw what it was.
