I was catching them at will in the Maribyrnong, size 12 hook very small running sinker and little bits of frozen tube worm

mate i would go down to the mouth of the patterson river or one of the back beaches and throw some metals or plastics around for salmon. Best bait

Yeah I'm super keen to even just chase salmon for fun. Had a lot of fun with tailor in winter up north so looking forward to it. Thanks for all of the tips guys!
