Cheers supercomputer

It's been so long between drinks it's easy to forget just how exciting a hot surface bite is. Every cast for 30 odd minutes was boofs, swirls, splashes, pulled hooks, flying lures and a handful that actually stuck.

Nice well done. How late was it when they're biting off the surface?
I tried couple days ago, fished til 8:30pm and not a single bite.

What's your definition of late or early? It was about 2am when the first boof was seen and lasted until almost 3am. Between 2 of us throwing near identical stickbaits, only the Atomic K9 pup in Orange wander colour was getting smacked every cast

Ok, was not expecting 2am. Lol
I thought late in the day/evening, as in one two hours after sunset kind of late.
Thanks.

Down at the local the surface bite begins at dusk and goes right through the night
