Cooked up one of the squid from my previous post over the long weekend.
Made up a basting of lemon, olive oil, parsley and chillies mixed with a mango chilli sauce I bought from the lolly shop at marysville.
Threw the squid in for a minute each side, then basted it in the basting I made and Cooked another minute or so, this was to cook the squid inside as well.
I then took it off the BBQ and stuffed the tube with chicken paella I bought from nandos. Then cooked for another few minutes and then served.
Came up ok... no time for garnishing etc as everyone was hungry and waiting patiently....

First time doing this, will make a few refinements for next time.
