Saw a post the other day saying squid is currently abundant in PPB. Toss the fried calamari in salt and pepper, a slight dust of szechuan pepper or cayenne pepper or smoked paprika can make a big difference too!
Lemon dressing is just extra virgin olive oil and some lemon juice, add a bit of sugar if the lemon is too sour for your taste.
