Name this fish!

Hi all. Wondering by if you can help me identify this fish species. Fishing on jan juc surf beach a few days ago. New to Victorian fishing and in my ignorance assumed this was a small snapper! Any ideas appreciated. Photo not great but I’m sure anyone with experience will be able to tell straight away!

Female blue throat wrasse, min legal size 27 cm, limit 5; good luck

Yep, looks like a wrasse/parrot fish.
