Hi Mate, welcome to the site.
Keep driving past Altona pier, Sea to the right. you will eventually come across a couple of large building & car park to your right. The boat ramp is there.
Never been there yet, keep meaning to go but usually end up down Barwon area.
Good luck, there are so many places to go along the bay front within 40min drive of Point Cook.
