Found more salmon !

Took the boat out yesterday. Very rough. Fished for about a halfa and came out with 2 mullet and a leather jacket. Just wasn't worth staying out. Got back to the ramp to a bloke fishing of the rocks there reckons just before I rocked up every cast there was salmon on the bite. And within the last week the pier was full and every cast they were hitting salmon. Looked to be good size aswell. Surf size. Now this is third party report so not directly from me. Just thought I would tells you guys anyway if your considering heading down this might lock it in. Also local tackle shop says portsea had been producing most on the peninsula.

Definitely !! They are all about the rough water.

We got ours in Sydney on Saturday trolling in 2mtr swell within casting distance of north heads rocks. All caught in whitewash.

Great Ocean Rd produces off the beaches. If it looks like a washing machine hit it with a silver slice/lure.

Awesome fun !! Brave yourself, the biggies pull like a freight train, but lots of airtime too. Nuts :-o
