Hey guys, headed out today for an hour and a half drive arriving there around 6:30 am, missing the first light, bugger! Had always managed to catch some chunky salmon there on the first light and seem to be more of a rarity throughout the day.
Was a pretty rough day with lots of seaweed but there were still heaps of bites! Managed around 5 25cm small Aussie salmon with some big mullet thrown into the mix, fished for about 6ish hours and the mate went home with some nice pan-sized fish to feed the family.
All in all was a good day till the big winds hit at around 1 pm, lots of life around there.

I haven't fished Kilcunda for ages. Aussie salmon is always fun to catch.
