Lakes entrance :)
There must 500 boats in town. Hope they get fish. Been some good catches here lately across the whole range of species.

Looking fwd to dropping my tinny in tomoz to see what is going on in outta corio. A quick sesh on the squid, then punch out wide in hope of a gummy and a feed of frogs, then on the whiting on the way back to the ramp and see if they’re on the chew on the tide change, then boat back on the trailer. Will be an early start as I expect the ramps to be hectic. At my ramp, it is a busy day if I have to wait for more than one boat to launch. I hate queues at this **** ramp...

It'll be good if those fish get up around the 1m mark or bigger. They'll take some serious power to stop them around Lakes and Paynesville with all that structure around

Planning Williamstown but with all that dirty water coming down the Yarra I’m not sure if that’s a good plan.
I have been told in the past to find the ‘line’ between the dirty and clean water as that can be productive, but others have said get as far away from dirty water as possible.

Thoughts?
Don't worry about dirty water, 6 of us had a short but very hot bite late last night on all sorts of lures. Visibility into the water was only about 10cm at most.

Both silver's and bucketmouths with some undersized pinks inbetween. Took a friend's son for his first fish.... Well a giant swirl and screaming reel might have got him seriously hooked even though it was dropped straight after a long initial run

What did you catch, where was the general area and what were they on?
