Hello Folks,

Fam Heading to the beach saturday in portarlingron and im planning to sneak away and fish. Havent fished here in atleast 5 years and am really out of touch. Really hoping to get onto some whiting in specific but am happy with anything.

Any tips appreciated

Haven't fished there for a while.
But heard of people been catching there.
In general, pick sand weed patches. Use running sinker if possible, otherwise paternoster with long'ish dropper.
Squid strip and pipis always work.
Long shank hook #6 maybe, or black magic whiting snatcher. Smallest sinker possible.
