Raymond Island/Paynesville Land Based Fishing Spots?

Hi all,
Planning on spending a couple of days in April on Raymond Island/Paynesville.
Anyone familiar with the area?
Plan to do some land based fishing with lures, looks like theres plenty of beaches/structure.
Figure the fishing off the island would be pretty good early mornings cruising up and down the shoreline.
Looks good for bream/flathead.
