St Lenords / Queenscliff

Post by vinhii » Mon Jul 11, 2011 4:08 pm

On the Weekend that just past i thought id try my luck and head out early, Since the missus wanted to go try out her new Squid jig.

Left 6-7am to St lenords pier , Got there and looked flat and calm , Some divers were out and about.
sus`d it out alil while having some brekky then decided to try it... not much action.. smh

Couple of ink marks here and there. So as the missus tried her luck , I spoke to some of the blokes there .. They were aiming for some Snapper and gars, but they said they been there all night and nothing...

So i tried it out.. had 1 nibble and thats it.. then went completely flat.... :?

Got bit fustrated so headed off to Queenscliff pier... on the way there the Wind started to pick up alil.. but that didnt stop me i was determined!

Got there quickly set up and BAM!! 35km+ winds started coming.. lol :wall:
still didnt stop me ! so i had a huge bite on the line but i thought it was the wave and didnt bother taking it.. silly me .

After all that.. i think i might call it quits for awhile. :lolf: :surrender:

Sorry guys no Fish :set1_fishing:
