Half Moon Bay and North Road Boat Ramp to be repaired and reopened in August
Works to complete the reconstruction of the boat ramps at North Road and Half Moon Bay damaged in last year’s winter storms are progressing well and both facilities are expected to be available for public use in August 2015.

Construction update:
All deck modules for both jetties have been fabricated and delivered to site for installation.

Half Moon Bay
Since construction began in April 2015, the pre-cast concrete elements of the new Half Moon Bay boat ramp are ready for installation. The boat ramp is currently under construction with the assistance of a temporary dam.

North Road Jetty
Construction began on the North Road jetty in May 2015 and piling is now complete.

8 August 2015
North Road jetty will be available to the public

29 August 2015
Half Moon Bay boat ramp will be available to the public
