Managed to get boat off trailer.
Started sand trailer with drill and wire.
Build up of salt corrosion at start is more annoying then the rust.
Once all cleaned up will probably use kill rust then enamel prima then paint.

First time doing it ,will remover rollers ECT ,not sure if to do springs in boat.

If your trailer is galvanised and not alloy then Once you clean it up use some spray on cold galv on the areas you have sanded. You can get it from bunnings.
After that use the rust preventer or tectyl as a maintenance .

I remeber giving the company a call who manufactured the cold gal spray and asking whether you put that on first or after using rust preventer. So maybe ask them first before you do it as it's been a while since I did mine and cant remeber which process came first.

Have you fish oiled the inside of the trailer?

Outside looks good. But they rust inside out generally
