Motorised Jockey Wheel

So I'm getting old and lazy...has anyone used a Motorised Jockey Wheel for maneuvering their boat or caravan up the driveway?

I have not tried a motorised wheel, but I did give a hand cranked ratchet wheel a go in the past. The problem I had was there is not much weight on the jockey wheel so there was insufficient traction to move the trailer about much. I ended up throwing it out in the hard rubbish.

The boat/trailer is roughly 1100kg and the concrete driveway is on a slight incline (not much room, so I unhitch it and push it up by hand)...no idea what the ball weight is, but I can see an issue with traction now its been mentioned.
