Boat Transportation Sunshine Coast to Melb?

Can anyone help me with a recommendation for trucking a small trailer boat under 4.5 meters on a trailer 1 way from Minyama QLD (Sunshine Coast) to Melb. Im flexible on dates but I need to arrange transport and am seeing ridiculous quotes of nearly 2k.
Any recommendations?

Fly up, drive it down... Like Sydney to Hobart but better because you can troll your way down.

Yeah it would be cheaper for me to fly up rent a vehicle and tow it back.....excpet that the borders are closed and I'm restricted from flying and cannot get back into Vic.

I used Australian online transport recently for an outboard from cairns to Melbourne. Was $400. Worth contacting them for the boat. Dunno what the price would be though.
