Probably only get the 1 use out of it with fuel, but it should be quicker than gravity

I need to drain my fuel tank too after letting it sit for so long, i topped it up about 6 months ago with the plan of taking the boat out but then we were locked down the day before i was planning to go out. I have run the motor occasionally and it seems to be running fine but im not to sure about being out in the bay with it.

I have an 80lt tank, im planning on draining about half of it and topping it up with fresh fuel. Ive done this in the past and had no issues, but that was when i was running a 25hp with a 20lt tank.. it was much easier to drain 10lt and use in the mower.

I was planning on buying the 1.9m siphon hose from Bunnings which seems to be the longest one they have, but i do have a spare priming bulb in my tool box so maybe this would be the way to go instead.
The only thing better than serenity is a two stroke at full throttle!

Whats the best way to drain an underfloor tank
are you draining to clean it? Or to get rid of the stale fuel?
If its the latter, then topping up on 98 and going for a blast would be easier i think.
