October is Mental Health Awareness month, denoted with a Green Ribbon

1 in 5 of us struggle with Mental Well-being in some form.

45 males per week commit suicide, that's just over 6 men committing suicide per DAY

To make that clear

That is just over 6 MEN PER DAY COMMITTING SUICIDE
, , , , that is someone's Father
, , , , someone's Husband
, , , , someone's Brother
, , , , someone's Son
, , , , someone's Mate

Just a "well done" to members for the posts during the past week or so , , , , an absolute minimum of the argument and garbage that proliferates on so many internet and social media sites. Tight lines! :wt:

Can i just add the numbers stack up higher if you add in our military units aswell.

For donations i think any that do good things for mens mental health or indeed any mental health regardless.

Thanks for the reminder Bug.
Mental health issues can be hard to be identified and support is definitely required.

Hang on buddy, you're stronger than you think. And keep fishing.
Here's a good read written by Starlo on depression etc related to his fishing.

My depression is frustrating from life pressure and everyone just add on the pressure. Alway thing why I turn out to be luck like other? I'm doing wrong? Or because I'm listening to my parents or my parents push me away? I don't know anymore. I'm not sure what to do next? This is thought. Also add that I alway thing about my past crush why I do that? I concluded that I'm a creep. For hold years I stay from girl.

I hear you buddy. Life can be tough.
According to Starlo's article, fishing may help to overcome depression. I hope it does for you my friend. Keep fishing, tight lines.
