Friday the 13th and full moon.
Who's going fishing?
Do you think it's good or bad?
You ain't gonna catch **** wondering whose going fishing or whether it's a good or bad idea.
Understandably not everyone can go fishing every day or weekend either.
Just go and create that report rather than read someone else's and sulk about shoulda coulda woulda...

I've donutted and also bagged out on a full moon, so I'm not entirely convinced full moon is bad for squid, not sure about other species..

There's no need to swear etc (assuming those *stars* is a swear word and censored).

Just want to hear people's opinions and creating conversation on this once in 30 years phenomena. Nothing more.

Yes stars = poo
Man once in 30 years or once in 100 years, who really is keeping track of these sorts of things. It's not a very significant event, unless of course you are superstitious.
If the weather is safe to be in the water and you have the time to do so then why dont you just go?
Besides that. As already mentioned full moon was yesterday, so not as significant as you thought it ws anyway.
I guess When you are time poor, you will take any opportunity you get.
I just said it for what it is in the previous post..

Full moon is a definate for pelagics.
A lot of the Portland barrels are caught around the full moon.

Same goes for pretty much all apex or near enough to it predators of their respective waters. Mulloway, all shark species, kingfish, even the smaller stuff like bream bass and estuary perch. Most other species seem to be hit or miss
