Hey Mr Bug,
Back in the day we had "cafe bar" instant coffee, which I think was International Roast, it was "bulked up" using flour.
So I'm asking you to check the can & let us know if there is flour in it.

We have a coffee machine at work which made surprisingly good coffee for something you just pushed a button on. apparently they didn't get much change back from $10k but definitely worth it (for me at least) given most days I'd have two coffees. I don't know what a coffee costs these days because I haven't bought one in two years but assuming $5 each I'm saving $50 a week.

Now i'm stuck working from home I've had to resort to Moccona, instant is **** but at least this stuff comes in a handy jar you can use for putting spices or drugs or whatever in. Using thickened cream makes it taste a shitload better than milk btw.

For pre workout purposes skip the coffee and just have 3 no doze pills
