He is crazy for it. He made a smoked brisket omelette for breakfast the other morning!

3 eggs w/milk.
shredded cheese.
Avocado with lemon juice smashed. Greek yogurt.
Chilli flakes.

Light sprinkle of @barbecuemafia rub

You can get hand wrappers or build something. Then hand turn when the epoxy is setting.
