Imagine what you could do with this! I bought this property last year but was cancelled due to faulse advertising, real estate mentioned building your dream home, power at front of property.. i put in my offer of $160,000 but deposit will be made when section 32 is ready, they didn't have it at the time and i knew something wasn't right.. i called the council for info, not aloud to build or fence off, power $100,000+ to run up the road, permit to remove trees to run power was another issue that would be hard to get.. was not happy with the real estate and when my offer was cancelled they said they would accept $130,000.. not bad but its a lot to pay for something you can call yours but do nothing with... not a bad dam though!

Stock it with redfin, yellow belly, cod, catfish and maqurie perch.. self quarantine would be so much better with your very own personal lake!

They would be completely aware of the myriad of planning restrictions that would apply to the property. It really is the definition of deception by these crooks.

Yeah ill put up a link to the actual add. It wasnt last year, it sold at the end of 2018 for $120,000 but i dont reckon it did for some reason.. it was a weird sale because 3 people from the same real estate had different prices, 1 guy said it had sold twice in 4 months, another said its been for sale for 3 years.. talk about getting the run around

They have changed the write up along with the price.. it was last listed for 120 but also says will accept offers. I reckon it went for 95 but i thought it was illegal to sell without a section 32? Pricks must destroy so many people trying to get there foot in the door in the way of investment properties..

The wife told me that we did say yes to 120 so it was sold to us but we pulled out worried that there was going to be more hidden secrets.. it looks like it wasn't re listed if ya keen to check it out, probably still up for sale. Offer $80,000 and see how ya go.

I had a look at kangaroo flat but there’s 160+ Land parcels on realestate.com. Can’t find it

Not allowed to fence, and will cost $100,000+ to get the power?
People can just go in and out and fish, etc then. No so private.
Be great if it could be fenced though at least.
