The 7 year warranty is hard to beat I recon.
Isuzu mux was rebadged as the rodeo for a while I think in the earlier models.
But I recon shop hard due to EOFY sales. Let them work for your money!!
Dont discount the Korean brands as well. These days tgey make some awesome vehicles.
Santa fe , tucson and sorrento are all worth a look imo.
Mate had santa Fe was a nice car ,but I can't never picture myself buying a Kia or hyundai
go for a drive in one and atleast see what they are like, dont just discount it cause its a hyundai or kia, Both are actually Great Cars and have now engineers from Audi working for them, hence the updated face lifts etc in recent years.
I understand people are a bit edgy and Wont buy Made in China etc, but most cars are now manufactured in Asia These days.
Isuzu made in Thailand.....
Mates sant Fe had heated seats n all bells , still felt not that big of car....
Nothing wrong with them ...
To many boats kayak, helicopter , catch a fish, catch a fish

Think you might be confusing Mux with the DMax
Mux is the wagon, DMax the ute

Pretty sure i read the other day that Hyundai will be bringing a ute to the market next year.
I ended up going with the Ford Ranger and i love the thing. Ive always been a Holden man (my previous car was a VF SSV wagon) but i have loved the Ranger ever since the PXII was launched and decided to ignore my brand prejudice and got one last year. I wish it had the performance of a V8, but i am loving the fuel economy and its a much more sensible car for my lifestyle compared to the SS.
Speaking of cars... what happened to Bugatti? His account seems to be deleted.

I've got a 2017 BT-50 which I bought as a Demo with 5000ks on the clock but saved almost $10k from a new one and it had all the good stuff as well. It's a great car can't really fault it and they come out of the same factory as the Ranger with the specs the only difference is obviously the outside and the Ranger has a bit beefier suspension but the same model is about $10k more.
A smart person knows what to say. A wise person knows whether to say it.

IMO low km demos are the way to go, when purchasing cars.

The one problem i have with ex demo cars is that you dont know how they have been treated while the engine was still being run in.
I know that every demo car ive ever taken home for the weekend i have pretty much thrashed. Note, this doesnt mean i hooned around and did donuts etc, but i do like to test them out (acceleration, rough terrain etc etc). And who knows how the person that had it before and after me treated it.

That’s a pretty good point, but the same thing could be said for used cars I guess. Just a risk you take I suppose.
