Eliminated all advertising totally on Vic Fishing.
At least I have done something useful in lock down. I hated recipes that had 20 or so advs through them and the advs on here so having fiddled around I have now eliminated all advs on every other site I have tried including Face book.It does not block legitimate sales etc

Whats the purpose of this post? To let us know that someone managed to block out ads? I thought this forum generates some sort of funding from the ads otherwise there's no forum at all. I don't mind a bit of ad to keep forum alive.

Good on him ...... he obviously is not the type to be sucked in by advertising so he blocks this invasiveness.
It is after all only his device not everyone's so the advertiser's dont lose a thing .

I had thought about revenue so I wont put up what to do, I found it by accident after my computer kept shutting down on windows 10 after a couple of minuites of non use.
