I work in disability house , the last client just got the jab this week.
Only one staff member has the covid jab
Been really slow process for clients to get covid jab and only around 4%of all disabaled people living In supported accomodations have had jab.
****🤔poor effort on the roll out.

Exactly the government has to do better particularly for those who are most vulnerable rather than complain about people not getting it.....

I had myself organized in to received the Pfizer jab tomorrow, the hub I was going to only accepted walk ins, come home from fishing today to find out they have now put a pause on walk ins. Vulnerable demographic, welp not vulnerable enough. Nah- all good though, I'm young and healthy and I get that people are more at risk than me, but come on.

Yeah they're running out of the Pfizer doses. They do have a bunch due in September I think (and maybe some Moderna too) which should help.

Nope, but will more then likely have it before the years finished.

I had my Pfizer jab yesterday. We called the COVID hotline and they told us there is no Pfizer left and to call back at the end of the week, so we called Bairnsdale Health. They told us there's no problem, just come down to the oval. We walked in at lunchtime and there was 5 people in front of us. 30mins later we were out the door and on our way home. Nice and quick turnaround.

I had the AZ jab 2 weeks ago next day my arm was sore and I felt like a cold was coming on but by lunch time I was fine. Next jab in August.
My mate got the Pfizer jab no effects but he was told you get effects on the second jab don't know how true that is but the nurse injecting him told him.
