Where the jewies at?
Hey guys,
Hope everyones getting onto some fish!
Just seeing if anyone has heard of any mulloway getting caught around the melbourne rivers recently??
I havnt heard a peep in ages! plenty of mullet and squid about for bait but cant seem to find any signs of a jewie!
Any info would be awesome! id love to start putting some hours in again as long as its worth it!

Great to hear you are still on the hunt mate! With the abundance of food available in the bay from now onwards, why would they be sitting up a river?? Fish that area hard that we discussed dude. You also have the chance of a by-catch red. Devote yourself, and you will be rewarded for sure. They are there, it's just up to you to outwit them

Thanks Redhunter! Yeah just waiting for my partner in crime yo get back from holiday next week! Not a massive fan of fishing that area alone haha! There is this video on YouTube by OzFish Tv down at Patto and they make it look so easy...cast and a mulloway...
