Tried the Aussie salmon a few times and the only way it tasted half reasonable was sushi style. Cut off strips and soaked them in lemon juice and light soy sauce. Shame they are not a great eating fish, but still heaps of fun to catch, good acrobats. Love the mulloway. Good luck.
