Great bang for you bucks with a Saragosa.

Much of a muchness to be honest. Do you want the bling and the name, whilst parting with extra dollars for a fairly insignificant performance upgrade over the Twinpower? Then get a Stella.

Apart from the fact that the Stella's are fully sealed and have way more bling value.
Thoughts on how a twinpower stands up?

Looking to get a couple of 14000 for an upcoming trip in December chasing real fish. :tu:
Just seen this thread

I was all for a 14000xg stella (dougie talked me into it) but i think I’m just gonna go a 14k twin power for value:money

I doubt a casual fisho like me would feel the difference in the 2 less ball bearings, and I wouldn’t use enough to justify that price difference either

My trips to Swains reef in late October. I’m sure it’ll be good enough to stand up to some GT

Alan Hawke seems to think the Twin Power is only a minor upgrade on a saragossa, so just keep that in mind.
