Jigging could be pretty tough seeing as the bay is pretty shallow, I spoke to the lads at Isofishing for recommendations similarly for throwing metals, bouncing them and plastics land-based for along the surf cast/otways their recommendations were the Daiwa Seabass 96ML 4-8kg, 7-35g (ended up getting this one), or something more expensive Daiwa overthere, etc.

Little different, but hopefully that adds some value.
