spheros 18000 line?
Hi guys just purchased a spheros 18000 paired with a t-curve 10-15kg and am confused as to what line to buy? Will be used for bait soaking for sharks and maybe some big kingies and tuna eventually. I have a spool of 60lb braid but i feel that will be a bit heavy, what do you guys think?
Thanks in advance

The fishing was good; it was the catching that was bad

armadale angler, daiwa slatiga braid. $100 to spool the reel, I have it on my stella, love it. I have 40lb braid on it, and it's the diam of most companies 25-30lb braids.

Hope you like the reel mate! Have a look at this stuff:
http://www.tackledirect.com/jerry-brown ... 00yds.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Cheap (300 yards for about 35 bucks, plus postage), casts well and breaks well above its breaking strain. The nomad guys swear by this stuff. I used some in Vanuatu earlier this year and really liked it

I just got myself a salina 3 mate put 50lb braid mate. its got 25lb of drag, that mixed with 50lb braid (about 300 odd meters) tells me that if something can spool that im targeting the wrong fish with the wrong setup lol p.s its my gummy/shark rod too on a terez..
