Squid jig lures
With having lost a jig today i thort i would get some more.
If you have to choose.from the best 5 colours for westenport what would then be?
Im thinking maybe a white or red or silver

Get 6.
Red foil - bright
Red foil - natural
Silver foil - bright
Silver foil - natural
Gold foil - bright
Gold foil - natural
Use the naturals in clear water and the brighter ones when the water is dirty/murky

My personal favourite would have to be the yamashita red head and white white body jig in the size of 2.5 to 3, if that doesn’t work I use the black yamashita jig with the green eyes.smile0784 wrote:With having lost a jig today i thort i would get some more.

Just get some rui jigs . They are available on ebay.
Certainly get a 14t. That seems to work most places

shimano 14t bloody thing just works i have,nt tryed the new version harimitsu ve-22 47 when everthings not working yamashita glow in black get some good squid

mate this shimano 14t has had more hits than mike tyson the other side of the jigs the same with beak marks but still catches
