Gday everyone.
My mate and I are going up to the Goulburn on Sunday morning to our usual haunt to try our luck and maybe snag a cod or whatever else is about. Will be using scrubbies, cheese and maybe flick a spinner.
Front of mind is all the rain we have had and whether that would alter the way you would fish a river like the Goulburn.
I’m thinking just stick with the norm and drown a worm but happy to take any advice on different techniques ect.
Cheers Mick.

Try all of the above Mick, as you know one of two things will happen, they will be on or they won't. The Goulburn at Seymour today was high and dirty, hopefully it clears for you, cheers davo
It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Re: Ghin Ghin
Yeah good call Davo. There are some nice deep holes and plenty of snaggy water there so the stump jumper will get a run as well as the standard scrubby on heavier gear.
Should be interesting to see the river after some decent rain compared to when I was last there a month or so ago.
