Rainy sesh

Post by Sammy123 » Fri May 24, 2019 2:16 pm

Went down to docklands earlier today to flick some lures, was windy early on, then the rain started up. Imagine i'll be in for a few sessions like this in the coming months. The bream seemed even more timid than usual, which quickly became frustrating. Was difficult to locate fish willing to bite and even when found they weren't agressive, and would only nip at my lure. This lead to shocking hookup rates and lots of pulled hooks. Must've hooked about 10 of which 4 were landed.

Ended on a good note however with a nice 40cm bream

Another great report mate.
You’re quickly turning into the big bream slayer!!
Those are some really good size you seem to be catching each time!
Keep up the good work!
Cheers

What technique and lure(s) did you use? I'm struggling to get breams on lures in Docklands
