A few years back was working in West Palm Beach Florida
I was at the A/C manufacture hanger and one of the younger guys asked me if I wanted to go shooting. I said yes
He then went on and told me that they get water melons and pumpkins and line them up on a plank
They then spray bullets into them with a type of automatic machine gun.It was there way of having fun
I quickly said -not my cuppa and left
On the other hand the people of the USA are the friendliest helpful ones ive met

i am totally against that, if America had better gun laws, people could protect themselves better. now I'm not trying to start an argument but rb85, are you against guns?
The mass shooting was in Texas, every ****** has a gun there. There were cops close by as well. But it didn’t seem to stop some guy from shooting up a school. And is turning society into a Mexican standoff really a good thing?

The answer is most likely a strict licensing system that stops high risk individuals from getting guns in the first place, storage requirements so kids can’t easily get their hands on parents guns, restrictions on handguns (because these are the most popular choice for mass shootings and are very easy to conceal), and a functional health system that is able to help people with a mental illness rather than leaving them to fend for themselves.

So essentially what we have here.

Yeah, I hunt a bit myself - mainly pest species and ducks this way.
Occasionally go out w/ Traditional Owner groups as part of cultural practices.

Not since the gun amnesty back in the day. I used to go rabbit shooting but only a couple of times a year as a camping, fishing and hunting trip

Foxes are a real pest but i just could never shoot them because they always reminded me of a dog. But then again, I felt guilty when I killed a rabbit

I did not understand why i had to surrender my .22 15 shot auto riffle and my browning 12 gauge shot gun, as they don't do damage like high power bolt action weapons. Since surrendering my firearms and did not renew my license i gave up a sport I really liked.
