Re: Whos tuna fishing this season?
Well the Kayak is tuned and ready but with a week away to South West Rocks only a week ago it will be a few weeks before the bank account and minister for finance will give me the OK
a few of the mates are headed for Port Macdonnell in SA this W/E to join up with a few of the S.A off shore kayak fishos - it seams the B/Fin are in the area there atm - hope they do well
So it's only local for me trying to get some paddle distance in each week to keep up match fitness for those long paddle days in open water

Just bought a Stabicraft 1410 fisher tiller steer? All good, throw in the Tiagras, drive to Portland and blood it with 108kg of sashimi.

Yeah mate was hard work today, we went west and found a few schools but couldn’t get a bite. Later in the day found the other boats 15km SE of the rock with plenty of schoolies busting up, again couldn’t get a bite.smile0784 wrote:Did you head down scottie?scott__henning wrote:I’m probably heading to Portland this weekend, will let ya know how we go if we get down there
Zero’s for us, interestingly there were at least 5 barrels hooked today.
