Finaly got out fishing wensday and did the wind not like me, got to the boardwalk about 10ish (after selling my ps4 and getting a gopro and a chat to the owner of the local tackle shop as always) annnnd nothing, the wind was up and while clear the water was choppy and not one fish took interest in the blood worm i had put out for them even fire tiger shad lures got ignored tho a magical thing happened and the caloundra coast guard launched im amazed the boat still ran since its out of the water most of the time (yes i understand their work and support them this was the first time i had ever seen the boat move since i normaly use it as a refrence for people asking for places to fish) it was interesting to watch for sure.
Now for the downturn part: for those that may or may not have knowen in caloundra you see the north end of bribie and can just do a few minutes by boat over to the island for cheap compaired to the cost for fuel and a day pass to drive on the beach but it was burning when i got there hence the sad veiw. Anyways pics.
The gopro i traded my ps4 for (gonna buy a new ps4 since mine was having a odd issue with the hdmi and i didnt want to deal with warrenty rubbish)
the caloundra coast guard going out and you can see the smoke from the fire on bribie.
panoramic i got bored and shot in town with my reel in a holder (council did alot of upgrade works including a fishing spot a few years back that added rod holders in the rails and a fish cleaning table)
